Assigning Work Items
A Work Item may be assigned to a user by ticking the box next to the Work Item and clicking Assign at the bottom of the list. Search for and select the Staff Member to which to wish to assign the Work Item, then click OK to assign the Work Item to that Staff Member.
Multiple Work Items may be selected (ticked) and assigned at once. All Work Items may be selected or de-selected by ticking the box next to Title at the top of the list.
