How do I use the Notes section properly and how different is it from reminders?

The notes section is the collection of notes created by every time an item of paperwork is created, an event occurs or if a user enters a manual note. You can add a note for a Tenant, Landlord or Contractor. It is good practice to record actions relating to a landlord or tenant under their notes, e.g. record telephone conversations.

Tip: The electronic notes section is good protection for an agent. It is a date and time stamped record. This will allow an agent to check what they have done for a client and what they have said, and in extreme case be used as evidence in court.
