Glyn Trott, MD of LetMC, visited Google HQ today as part of the Elite Lettings Group to help understand the importance of basing decisions on Data and not opinion.
The day at Google HQ focused around a key messages, it's all about the data! Only 6% of marketing decisions are usually based on data and facts, the rest are opinion and gut feeling, the problem with this comes when you try to measure success. When someone is visiting your website they are 'declaring an interest' in your company, if your website does not meet this interest then you lose them - may sound obvious but its important to understand.
