The LetMC’s Letting Management Centre provides an outsourcing / back office service to estate and letting agents, which includes rent management and collection, client bank accounting, the printing and posting of all paper work, and TDS uploading. The Company

LetMC was set up in 2000 by Glyn Trott and Wyn Griffiths, who still own a group of successful letting agents including www.pinnacle-group.com . Their continued experience develops the Letting Agent software so it is beneficial to a letting business. “We are in a unique position; working with agents allows us to experience the problems and pain they go through running their business.
