CENTRALISATION AND OUTSOURCING

LetMC residential lettings software is also designed for letting agents who wish to centralise their letting operation to one head office, or outsource to a third party. The LetMC’s Letting Management Centre provides an outsourcing / back office service to estate and letting agents, which includes the printing and posting of all paper work, rent collections, TDS uploading, and client bank accounting. THE COMPANY

LetMC was set up in 2000 by Glyn Trott and Wyn Griffiths, who still own a group of successful letting agents including www.pinnacle-group.com . Their continued experience develops the Letting Agent software so it is beneficial to a letting business. “We are in a unique position; working with agents allows us to experience the problems and pain they go through running their business. ABOUT OUR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Letmc.com Letting Agent software development department is made up of a team of programmers and a specifying and testing team. The Head for IT has been a consultant in software architecture and development, and has worked for HBOS, Halifax, Mitel, Nokia, Orange, Natwest and BMW. The head of the specifying and testing team has had over 10 years as a senior Lettings Manager. The core approach by the software development team is to clearly specify, develop, test and release software that is stable, bug free and meets the business needs for Residential Letting and Estate Agents.
